Sonic Summary

The position involves providing direct therapeutic services to residents under the supervision of management staff.
Candidates must have experience in mental health, substance abuse, or a residential setting, with a preference for an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
The role requires basic writing and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to resolve conflicts and maintain the physical environment of the residence.
Physical duties include carrying items up and down stairs, snow removal, restocking supplies, and general cooking and cleaning responsibilities.
The position is located in Brooklyn, NY, and offers pay based on 1199 Collective Bargaining Union Rates.

Under the supervision of the management staff and responsible for providing direct therapeutic services to residents of the program. These services include but are not limited to: crisis intervention, medication management, training in activities of daily living. Responsible for maintaining the physical environment of the residence. All responsibilities under hospital and residential policy and procedures.

Additional Requirements

Experience in mental health, substance abuse and/or residential setting.

Physical Requirements:

Walking up and down stairs while carrying items;
snow removal;
restocking supplies;
sweeping and mopping;
cooking and cleaning duties.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor preferred

Valid driver's license in good standing

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
