A day in the life of a fulfillment assistant 

  • As part of the fulfillment team, your primary role isassistingin ecommerce order fulfillment.
  • You carefully read invoices and check for accuracy of customized designs, invoices, and order numbers whenpulling and packing orders. 
  • Ifassigned, you carefully package each order checking for gift wrap, notes, go green options and correct order and invoice. 
  • Youmaintainorganization of orders during the fulfillment process. 
  • Together with the fulfillment team, you ensure that the orders are sent out ahead of the final shipping date. 
  • You help fulfill no sew orders through pick and pack procedures.
  • Inventory tasks include, but are not limited to: 
  • Unpacking boxes for the day. 
  • Counting, receiving and processing orders
  • Reorganizing inventory.
  • Helping to create solutions for better inventory storage and organization. 
  • If assigned, supportcustomization in laying out custom designs for orders. 
  • Quality control e-commerce orders. Review accuracy & quality including but not limited to:
  • SKU
  • Spelling
  • Customization Accuracy
  • Color
  • Number of items
  • Cleaning up your workspace at the end of each day and making sure the area is ready for the next day. 
  • Breaking down boxes and helping with cleaning responsibilities. 
  • You work with attention and efficiency whilemaintaininga sense of urgency.

Qualifications

  • Professional work experience. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Office and Google Docs / Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age and able to work legally in the USA.

Details 

  • Hours expectations: expected to work 24 hours a week
  • Weekly schedule subject to change during busy season and events. Stoney Clover Lane reserves the rights to make schedule adjustments based on needs requirements.
  • Blackout Dates during holiday season
  • Tentative end date March 2027
  • Shuttle buses powered by Industry City to commute to and from the subway station
