Compensation: $4,849 - $5,374 stipend + $1,000 preseason stipend

Marymount School is seeking an experienced, passionate, and student-centered Head Varsity Soccer Coach to lead its varsity girls soccer program during the Fall 2026 season. This is an exciting opportunity for a coach who is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field while fostering a positive, competitive, and inclusive team culture.

The ideal candidate has previous coaching and/or high-level playing experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for mentoring high school athletes. The Head Coach will oversee all aspects of the varsity program, including practice planning, game strategy, player development, and collaboration with the athletic department.

• Monday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: Typically Off
• Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Plan and lead engaging, organized practices
• Coach all varsity games and competitions
• Develop players' technical, tactical, and leadership abilities
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and the athletic department
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor for student-athletes

• Previous soccer coaching and/or competitive playing experience
• Experience working with high school-aged athletes preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for developing young athletes and building a successful program
