Abraham Joshua Heschel School is seeking a full-time, temporary Human Resources professional to cover parental leave. The assignment will be from approximately mid-September 2026 until early-April 2027. This is a hybrid position.
Job Description:
Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department
Coordinate employee onboarding, including tracking and processing new hire paperworkÂ
Respond to employee inquiries using the shared Human Resources email account
Compile payroll information and generate reports using ADP Workforce NowÂ
Assist with benefits administrationÂ
Complete additional projects as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degreeÂ
Experience working in Human Resources or a related field
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills
Experience working with and HRIS/payroll system
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with employee onboarding and benefits administrationÂ
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Google Workspace
