We are seeking a Desktop Engineer for our 2nd shift in Newark, NJ, working Tuesday to Saturday from 4pm to 12am.
The role involves providing Level 1 and 2 support for hardware, software, network, and printer issues via phone, email, and remote tools.
Candidates should have 4–6 years of experience or a college degree, along with knowledge of Windows AD, Office 365, DHCP, DNS, and LAN/WAN.
Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, as well as availability on Saturdays and holidays.
Experience with scripting, ITIL knowledge, and Airwatch MDM is a plus.

We’re hiring a Desktop Engineer for our 2nd shift (Tuesday to Saturday 4pm-12am) - 5 days onsite in Newark, NJ.

You’ll provide Level 1 & 2 support via phone, email, and remote tools—troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer issues.

Requirements:

4–6 years’ experience or college degree
Windows AD, Office 365, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN
Ticketing system, asset management, vendor coordination
Strong customer service and communication skills
Saturday and holiday availability

Nice-to-have: Scripting, ITIL knowledge, Airwatch MDM.
