Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for HVAC and project management? We’re looking for an experienced  HVAC Project Manager to drive success on large-scale installation and replacement projects. Key Responsibilities:

Safety First:

  • Champion a safety-first culture across all job functions
  • Conduct comprehensive jobsite inspections to ensure secure      working conditions
  • Proactively address safety concerns, collaborating with      customers to resolve issues promptly
     

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Proactively build and manage customer relationships through      sales calls and business development
  • Prepare accurate estimates and detailed proposals for customer      review and approval
  • Secure competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Track and manage sales opportunities using Salesforce      (or CRM software)
  • Handle monthly billing with accuracy and maintain 90%      of total accounts receivable at 0–61 days
     

Effective Communication & Documentation:

  • Produce comprehensive project documentation, including job      setup sheets, submittals, and shop drawings
  • Conduct thorough contract reviews to ensure alignment between      engineering and production teams
  • Oversee project closeout documentation for smooth transitions      to admin, production, and service teams
  • Regularly update Work in Progress (WIP) reports,      budget adjustments, and communicate progress to key stakeholders
  • Foster collaboration with production teams to minimize cost      overruns
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure      quality standards
  • Participate in weekly commercial department meetings and other      team sessions as needed
     

Continuous Learning & Improvement:

  • Stay current on industry advancements and new technologies
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training
  • Act as a mentor and leader, guiding teams to achieve quality      and efficiency
     

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service and sales experience  
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software 
  • Strong organizational skills and goal-driven mindset  
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) 
  • Experience in construction or field work 
  • HVAC (mechanical) expertise  
  • Estimating experience

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United      States on a full-time basis
