You will work closely with our Global CapEx team and internal stakeholders to deliver results with a sense of urgency, entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to compliance with local regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and execute CapEx category sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, ensure supply continuity, and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Lead the full procurement lifecycle — from RFI/RFQ/RFP through PO creation, invoice resolution, and supplier relationship management.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, QA, and Sales to support the successful planning and execution of capital investments.
  • Build and leverage supplier and market intelligence as a source of innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Negotiate and manage multi-year contracts, with a strong command of contract structures, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage functional KPIs and report savings in alignment with procurement finance.
  • Apply Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis throughout the CapEx project lifecycle.
  • Lead proactive stakeholder engagement, early-stage risk identification, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure on-time project delivery in compliance with local regulations.
  • Deliver a high level of service to both internal partners and external suppliers.

  • Deep knowledge of procurement systems and CapEx/MRO sourcing, including international equipment procurement (import and export).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly assess and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
