This position also ensures that the locker bays, restrooms, showers, and vanity areas are clean and properly appointed with the specific amenities. The Locker Room Attendant establishes and maintains effective relationships with members and gains their trust and respect. Duties and Responsibilities  Cleans and maintains the locker room bays, restrooms, showers and vanity areas. Stocks the above areas with the appropriate amenities Highly responsible for member items Sets up stations and perform assigned side work Checks to ensure member and guest satisfaction Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur Ensure locker room is up to club standard Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager/supervisor Other duties as assignedExpectations Maintain a pleasant, polite manner as well as a neat and clean appearance Work cooperatively and professionally with other departments Always conduct oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of the Big Will be expected to perform other tasks or projects as assigned or requested by the SupervisorQualifications: Minimum Qualifications and Requirements 1 year of Customer Service experience Country Club experience highly desired A.M. & P.M. flexibility preferred Must be able to work weekends and holidays Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours) Must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with the team and membersE-verifyBig Canyon Country Club is an equal employment opportunity employer.
