Today we seek a Groundskeeper for our vibrant community of 645 apartments and townhomes, offering a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. As our Groundskeeper, you’ll help keep our community in top shape—clean, safe, and welcoming.

What We Are Looking For:

Basic Maintenance Aptitude – Can handle light landscaping, small repairs, or assist with cleanup and setups.
Team Player & Communication – Works well with maintenance and leasing teams.
Attention to Detail – Keeps all areas (grounds, walkways) clean and safe.
Reliability & Work Ethic – Shows up consistently and on time.

Technology & Communication Skills:
Basic computer skills required, including MS Office 365 and mobile device use. Strong English communication (verbal and written) required. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!

What You’ll Do:
As our Groundskeeper, you’ll help keep our community in top shape—clean, safe, and welcoming. Responsibilities include:

• Daily trash pickup and property cleanliness

• Maintaining pool, laundry, mail, and recreational areas

• Keeping sidewalks, walkways, and parking areas free of debris

• Cleaning and raking shrub areas; removing mud or snow as needed

• Planting flowers and shrubs per direction of the Maintenance Supervisor

• Assisting with fencing repairs, cleanup, and other physical tasks

• Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly

• Assisting the Maintenance team as needed
