Job Summary

Minimum pay rate for this position is $42.38 per hour

Operates imaging equipment to produce high-quality Diagnostic Breast ultrasound images; requires in-depth knowledge of Breast anatomy and physiology. Performs sonographic images, procedures, and duties under the direction of a qualified physician and clinical manager. Performs all activities according to Federal, State, local, and hospital policies. Ability to evaluate patient medical history and pertinent patient symptoms followed by diagnostic sonographic imaging based on protocols while operating in a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifications

Registered diagnostic medical Sonographer. Prior Breast Ultrasound experience required. CPR Certified (BLS). Knowledge of the special needs and behaviors of adolescent, adult and older adult patients preferred.
