Windsor Manor Grinnell is hiring a compassionate and dependable Medication Technician (Med Tech) / Medication Aide for our part-time 2nd shift team.
No Med Tech certification? That’s okay! We are willing to train the right candidate and provide paid Medication Aide/Med Tech training.
If you enjoy caring for seniors and want to build experience in healthcare, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while making a meaningful difference every day.
What You’ll Do
Assist residents with medication administration according to training, regulations, and community policies
Provide compassionate care and support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
Observe residents and report changes in condition or behavior
Maintain accurate medication records and follow established procedures
Help provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
Build positive relationships with residents and their families
Work alongside a supportive senior living care team
What We’re Looking For
Compassionate and enjoys working with seniors
Dependable, responsible, and patient
Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willing to complete Medication Technician/Medication Aide training
Previous caregiving, CNA, Med Tech, Medication Aide, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
