JobDescription: Provide assistance to a Client Advisory Team in all manners of client service and daily operations, as well as administrative duties and special projects, which can include preparing performance analysis, investment manager background, and client presentation material. The team of four serves approximately two dozen core client families across the United States, with some clients located internationally.

Based in the Philly Metro area, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful support to clients through day-to-day collaboration and occasional travel to meet with them in person.

  • Participate in client events, including meals and other engagements (e.g. fundraisers).
  • Prepare client documentation: draft letters of instruction, complete account applications, manager agreements, and fund subscription documents, organize supporting documentation, and follow the process through in tandem with the firm’s Capital Markets Group.
  • Act as information provider to accountants, banks, investment managers, and other professionals also supporting clients.
  • Provide additional support in the quarterly reporting process, specifically in reconciling and otherwise reviewing client reports.

  • Enjoys learning and growing and is motivated to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent listening and relationship-building skills, with a genuine interest in traveling to meet clients and participating in events that foster meaningful connections.
  • Basic understanding of investments including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternatives.
  • Familiarity with or hands-on experience using AI-powered productivity tools to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and work quality is strongly preferred.
