Living Innovations is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to oversee and lead our community support programs for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of community-based services and the direct supervision, mentorship, and development of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who help the individuals we serve live fulfilling, independent lives in their local communities. Responsibilities: Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of DSPs, supporting their professional growth and daily performance. Oversee community support program operations to ensure individuals are actively engaged and safe in community settings. Collaborate with individuals with IDD, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized support plans (ISPs). Conduct regular field visits to observe community interactions, monitor service delivery, and support DSPs on-site. Advocate for individuals' needs, building partnerships and connecting them with vibrant local community resources. Manage DSP scheduling, performance evaluations, and team meetings to maintain high service standards. Maintain accurate program documentation and ensure full compliance with state and company regulatory guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Prior experience as a supervisor/manager in a healthcare setting (Preferred) One year of experience working with the IDD population or in a similar social service or healthcare setting (Required) A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
