Our Dealer School training program can help you develop the skills needed to pursue a position as a Table Games Dealer.

🃏 What You’ll Do

Provide friendly, professional service to guests
Operate assigned table games accurately and efficiently
Process game transactions and maintain accurate records
Follow established procedures and regulatory requirements
Answer guest questions and assist with routine concerns
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment
Work closely with team members and supervisors to support daily operations

🎯 What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED
Completion of dealer training or at least 6 months of relevant dealing experience
Ability to deal Craps and/or at least two major games, such as Blackjack, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, or Baccarat
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
