Do you enjoy working with design software, solving problems, and seeing your work become a finished product? Dynamic Dies is seeking a detail-oriented CAD Design Technician to join our manufacturing team in Holland, Ohio.
In this position, your designs will help create the tooling used to manufacture corrugated boxes for products people use every day. From retail packaging to shipping containers, your work will play an important role in the production process.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our CAD team, you'll transform customer specifications into accurate designs that guide our manufacturing operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Create and modify digital designs using specialized CAD software.
Review customer-supplied files and prepare them for manufacturing.
Translate job specifications into accurate cutting die layouts.
Interpret production instructions and verify design requirements.
Make necessary adjustments to ensure designs meet customer expectations.
Maintain accuracy while managing multiple custom projects.
Work with other departments to support production needs and resolve design questions.
Apply mathematical calculations and attention to detail throughout the design process.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We're looking for someone who enjoys computer-based technical work, takes pride in accuracy, and is willing to learn specialized manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous CAD experience or CAD-related education required.
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Comfortable reading and following detailed work instructions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing project requirements.
Work Hours
This is a full-time, first-shift position with a regular schedule of 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Overtime may be required based on production demands.
