Position Responsibilities:Â
The Machine Operator efficiently and effectively operates blow molding machine and understand the equipment flow process and accesses, understands, and corrects machine alarm conditions
This role diagnoses and corrects operation issues i.e., broken oven lamps, incorrectly fed preforms, discharge jams, etc.
You will ensures that the machine and associated equipment is changed over in an efficient and accurate manner and maintains an adequate supply of raw materials for the machine
Machine Operators troubleshoots equipment issues while working with the maintenance team to resolve any issue adversely affecting the machine’s operational status
This position is responsible for complying with all standard safety practices, safety rules, good manufacturing practices and all other company rules is required of the Machine Operator
Additionally, you will report any critical mechanical issues to the maintenance team and maintains accurate records and logs

Required Education and Experience: Â
High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 2 plus years of related experience Â
  Preferred Education and Experience: Â
Electrical Certification or Vocational CertificationÂ
