Position Responsibilities: Â
- Handling customer inquiries via inbound or outbound call relating to equipment issues and troubleshootingÂ
- Diagnosing problems with cold-drink and/or fountain equipment based on detailed descriptions provided by customerÂ
- Providing clear guidance and solutions over the phone to resolve issues promptly and effectivelyÂ
- Collaborating with field technicians as needed to escalate and follow up on complex or unresolved issuesÂ
- Other duties as assigned Â
Required Education and Experience:Â
Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 2 to 4 years of related experienc

Bachelor’s DegreeÂ
