Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced ITRecruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should haveexperience in end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening,interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and technical skill requirements from hiring managers.
  
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
  
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and job requirements.
  
• Conduct initial HR/telephonic screening interviews.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer closure.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
  

Required Skills

• Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
  
• Good understanding of various IT technologies and technical roles.
  
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
  
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
