Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho One Developer to manage, customize, and optimize Zoho applications for business operations. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Zoho One suite, integrations, automation, and custom development using Deluge.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, customize, and manage Zoho One applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, and Zoho People
Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting
Integrate Zoho applications with third‑party tools, APIs, and internal systems
Customize forms, reports, dashboards, and modules as per business requirements
Implement and maintain security roles, permissions, and user access controls
Support data migration, imports, exports, and system upgrades
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to internal teams
Document customizations, integrations, and process flows
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Zoho One platform
Strong experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho apps
Proficiency in Deluge scripting
Experience with API integrations and third‑party tools
Good understanding of business processes, workflows, and automation
Knowledge of data management and reporting
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Good communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Zoho Analytics
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate)
Prior experience in handling end‑to‑end Zoho One implementation
Zoho Certification (added advantage)
