Overview:

The Compensation Specialist serves as a key analytical and consultative partner to the Compensation team, supporting the administration and delivery of compensation programs across the organization. This role contributes to ensuring compensation practices are market competitive, internallyĀ equitable, and aligned with organizational guidelines.Ā 

The Compensation Specialist partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to support offer development, market pricing, and internal equity reviews. This positionĀ is responsible forĀ conducting foundational to moderately complex analyses and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.Ā 

The role also supports annual compensation processes through data validation, auditing, and reporting, helping to ensureĀ accurateĀ and consistent program execution. The Specialist contributes to continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, and documentation.Ā 

EducationĀ 

Preferred:Ā 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related fieldĀ Ā 

Certification/LicensureĀ 

Preferred:Ā 

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or progress toward certificationĀ 

ExperienceĀ 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation analysis, including market pricing, pay range administration, and internal equity reviewsĀ 

  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition with offer analysis and compensation recommendationsĀ 

  • Experience interpreting and applying compensation guidelines to employee and manager inquiriesĀ 

  • Experience preparing data-driven insights and recommendations for HR and business partnersĀ 

  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysisĀ 

  • Experience working with HRIS and compensation planning tools (WorkdayĀ &Ā MarketPayĀ preferred)Ā
