Position Summary
AB Facility Services is seeking a dependable Night Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our client location. Responsibilities include trash removal, restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing common areas, and general upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently during evening and weekend shifts. Prior cleaning or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
Performs cleaning duties such as: washing walls and glass and removing trash.
路 Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs.
路 Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
路 Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
路 Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Responsibilities:
路 Vacuum all carpets wall to wall.
路 Clean and Sanitize Restrooms.
路 Sweep all hard surface floors.
路 Clean and sanitize drinking fountain.
路 Spot clean metal doorframes and door tracks.
路 Damp mop all hard surface floors.
路 Clean all entrance door glass on both sides and polish frames.
路 Dust all ledges.
路 Clean all glass/windows.
路 Remove all trash collected.
路 Clean and deodorize trash containers.
路 Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
路 Must be 18 years of age or older.
路 Must meet all requirements to work legally in the U.S.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK
MUST BE RELIABLE
MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
$200 SIGN-ON BONUS

路 Mondays - Fridays
路 11:00PM-1:00AM
*Saturday - Sunday
12:00AM-2:00AM
*$13.00/HOUR
