💙 What You'll Do

As a Weekend CNA Caregiver, you'll provide personalized care and companionship to seniors, including clients living with dementia, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors, including individuals living with dementia
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs
• Offering companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
• Using patience, gentle redirection, and positive communication when supporting clients experiencing memory loss or confusion
• Maintaining consistent daily routines to promote comfort and familiarity
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Preparing meals and assisting with mealtime
• Providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Engaging clients in meaningful activities appropriate to their abilities
• Observing and reporting changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition
• Following individualized care plans and completing required visit documentation
• Communicating professionally with the office team and clients' families

🙌 We're Looking for CNAs Who Are:

• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with a current certification
• Available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Seeking part-time hours with flexible weekend availability
• Experienced in dementia or Alzheimer's care (strongly preferred)
• Patient, compassionate, and understanding of the challenges associated with memory loss
• Dependable and committed to showing up for scheduled shifts
• Comfortable providing one-on-one care independently in a client's home
• Skilled in communicating calmly and providing reassurance and redirection
• Professional, reliable, and attentive to client safety
• Able to follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to successfully complete required background and pre-employment screening

🕒 Position Details

Position: Part-Time Weekend CNA Caregiver

Schedule: Saturday and/or Sunday

Shift Length: Varies based on client needs and caregiver availability

Client Care: One-on-One In-Home Care, Including Dementia Support

Employment Type: Part-Time

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Additional Hours: May be available based on client needs and caregiver availability
