Founded in 1970 and incorporated in 1983, TLC is an entrepreneurial nonprofit providing innovative education, coaching, and counseling services to public school students and their families. For more information, please visit https://www.TheLincolnCenter.com     Position summary:  Provides safe, supportive, and respectful transportation assistance for a high-needs student participating in a Special Education program. Assisting the student with boarding, exiting, and safely transitioning to and from transportation Monitoring the student’s behavior and well-being during travel Following individualized safety and behavioral procedures Communicating effectively with the driver, school staff, and family as appropriate Maintaining a calm, structured environment.
