Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 hourly

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, and department initiates to help ensure deadlines and priorities stay on track.

• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors, supporting clear communications, follow-through, and project execution.

• Assist with content creation, editing, proofreading, and formatting for internal and external communications.

• Support planning and logistics for community events, outreach activities, meetings, and special marketing initiatives.

• Maintain marketing records, promotional materials, reports, and project documentations while ensuring brand standards are upheld.

What You'll Bring:

• 3-4 years of experience supporting marketing, communications, project coordination, or administrative operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Demonstrated experience coordinating vendors, tracking orders, managing inventories, or supporting event logistics.

• Excellent written communication skills with experience editing, proofreading, and ensuring accuracy across business communications and marketing materials.
