About the Role:
JD's Steaks LLC in Lebanon, PA is looking for a friendly and energetic Cashier/Front of House team member to join their crew! This is a great opportunity to be the face of an up and coming local restaurant, delivering fast, friendly service with every order. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately process cash, credit, and digital payments at the register
- Take and relay customer orders clearly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area throughout the shift
- Assist with food packaging and order fulfillment during peak hours
- Address customer questions, concerns, and special requests with a positive attitude
- Restock front-of-house supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils
Requirements:
- Previous cashier, food/retail, or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Must be able to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Food service or restaurant experience is a plus
