Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider – Pulmonology/Critical Care 

Location: Lebanon, PA

Employment Type: PRN

What You’ll Champion:

• Deliver high-quality critical care management for adult patients in an 18-bed ICU, collaborating closely with intensivists and a multidisciplinary care team.
• Perform advanced bedside procedures, including central line placement, arterial lines, and intubations, while providing timely interventions for critically ill patients.
• Lead the admission, ongoing management, and discharge planning of ICU patients, ensuring seamless, patient-centered care throughout their hospitalization.
• Practice with a high degree of autonomy during night coverage while exercising sound clinical judgment and partnering with physician colleagues as needed.
• Support a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning while helping deliver exceptional outcomes for patients and families facing complex critical illnesses.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Masters Degree For Nurse Practitioner. Required or
• Bachelors Degree For Physician Assistant. Required
• Masters Degree For Physician Assistant. Preferred

Work Experience:

• 1 year Relevant experience. Required

Licenses:

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
• Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners and appropriate clinical specialty certification. Upon Hire Required or
• Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
