Job Description
|
What you will be doing:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Attend court appearances
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and experts
- Negotiate settlements and work directly with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with support staff to move cases forward efficiently
Experience you will need:
- Admitted to practice in New York State
- 2–3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, plaintiffs preferred
- Strong negotiating skills
- Courtroom and deposition experience preferred
- Ability to manage time and deadlines effectively
