Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
  • Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations
  • Attend court appearances
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, and experts
  • Negotiate settlements and work directly with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
  • Collaborate with support staff to move cases forward efficiently

Experience you will need:

  • Admitted to practice in New York State
  • 2–3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, plaintiffs preferred
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Courtroom and deposition experience preferred
  • Ability to manage time and deadlines effectively
