What you will be doing: - Join personal injury team as a case manager.
- Handle a compelling set of personal injury cases.
- Engage in settlement negotiations on behalf of plaintiffs or insurance carriers.
- Work under attorneys' supervision in a team environment.
- Utilize excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Use proficient computer skills and attention to detail in daily tasks.
Experience you will need: - Extensive experience in settlement negotiations, preferably for a plaintiff personal injury law firm's clients.
- Alternatively, experience in negotiating liability claims on behalf of an insurance carrier.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
