HOA Community Concierge — $17 per Hour

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Concierge for an HOA community. The ideal candidate has a professional appearance, a great attitude, and excellent customer service skills.

Schedule & Availability

Open availability required for morning, swing, and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Schedules are subject to change weekly based on community needs.
Must be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

Welcome residents, guests, and vendors professionally.
Answer calls and assist with resident inquiries and requests.
Follow community visitor check-in and access procedures.
Maintain accurate logs and communicate updates between shifts.
Keep the front desk clean, organized, and welcoming.
Report concerns and maintenance issues to the appropriate team.

Qualifications & Appearance Standards

Positive attitude and professional, courteous demeanor.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
No visible tattoos; tattoos must remain fully covered while working.
No facial piercings may be worn while on duty.
Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
