Vacation Rental Reservationist / Property Assistant
Location: North Myrtle Beach, SC
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound guest inquiries, phone calls, and web leads to secure direct bookings.Â
- Process reservations, deposits, cancellations, and guest folios in property management software (PMS).
- Coordinate pre-arrival communications, keyless entry codes, and guest requests.Â
- Serve as first-line liaison with housekeeping and maintenance teams for quick turnarounds and issue resolution.
- Assist property managers with guest dispute handling and daily arrival/departure reporting.
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, front desk, or call center reservations.
- Proficiency with vacation rental software/OTAs (e.g., TRACK, Guesty, VRBO, Airbnb).Â
- Strong phone etiquette, sales aptitude, and written communication skills.
- Availability to work Saturday shifts
