What you'll do:
- Install hardscapes: pavers, retaining walls, walkways, driveways
- Work across 3ā4 trades ā concrete, carpentry, masonry, planting, turf
- Run a small crew (1ā3 people) on active job sites
- Learn from tradespeople who've mastered the craft
What you bring:
Must-haves
- 1-2 years landscape construction experience
- Experience leading a crew of 1ā3
- Reliable, on time, gets things done
- Team player with a positive attitude
Nice-to-haves
- Driver's licence + comfortable in a pickup
- Trailer towing experience (10ā14 ft)
- Proficiency across multiple trades (we'll train the right person)
