ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Process and post payments, tuition, donations, and program revenue accurately Maintain accounts receivable records and assist with collections follow-up Prepare bank deposits and assist with monthly reconciliations and reporting Support billing for programs, school districts, and state agencies Assist families with payment plans and financial assistance processes Collaborate with Finance, Development, and Program teams to ensure accurate records across systems Provide timely, professional, and compassionate communication with families, donors, and stakeholders Support audits, month-end processes, and other finance-related projects as needed Other duties as assigned QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree or equivalent in Accounting Experience in accounts receivable (or accounts payable) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs. Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
