Serves as a key leader within the Global Data & Analytics organization, responsible for building, coaching, and guiding a high-performing team of Data Product Owners to deliver scalable, high-impact data and analytics products. This role plays a critical part in shaping how the organization translates data into business value—owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products in close partnership with business and IT leaders. The manager drives alignment between enterprise priorities and product delivery, ensuring teams focus on the highest-value outcomes and deliver measurable impact.

As a strategic leader, this role oversees the end-to-end data product portfolio, balancing competing priorities, investments, and dependencies across a global landscape. They enable consistent, high-quality execution by establishing strong product management practices, clear backlogs, and outcome-based success measures, while removing barriers and resolving cross-functional challenges. The role is central to driving adoption, usability, and business value from data products, and ensures tight collaboration across business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, and governance teams.
