Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Testing Specialist EIDS for the FAA – PSS Contract, supporting the Civilian Division.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants.
  • 10 or more years of System Testing experience in the En Route or Terminal environment supporting test efforts at the FAA Tech Center.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience developing training materials.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with requirements verification and tracking for the EIDS system with specific focus on system testing.
  • Assisting with identifying potential inconsistencies and usability issues as they relate to any changes in EIDS and related systems.
  • Assisting with testing development, test planning, test step creation and execution.
  • Interfacing with user teams, system engineers and other program personnel as necessary
  • Producing briefing materials as required.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the FAA as needed.
