Wage Range: $12.00-13.00/hour

Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): The Swim & Dive Student Manager role supports all aspects of team life including workout support, administrative support, data entry, time taking and various other managements for meets and everyday practice. 

Transferable Skills: Include but are not limited to those of organization, leadership, coaching, instruction, and time management. 

Duties and Responsibilities: Include daily workout support in the form of split taking, videoing, technical support, and other duties directed by the coaches. 

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills) Applicants should have a background in competitive swimming, computer skills, data entry, as well as friendly, professional relationships with peers and staff.

Physical and Environmental Factors:

This position requires exposure to loud noise, respiratory factors, chemicals, and wet or humid conditions indoors to perform the essential functions. Candidates must possess the ability to safely perform the physical work required of all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
