Kaizen Collision Center is hiring an experienced General Manager for our Northglenn East, Colorado location.

We want a proven collision repair operator who understands production, profitability, KPIs, people, insurance relationships, and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Overall shop performance and profitability

• Production, cycle time, touch time, and throughput

• Sales, gross profit, labor, and expenses

• Estimators, technicians, painters, parts, and CSRs

• Recruiting, coaching, and team accountability

• Customer satisfaction and escalations

• Insurance and DRP relationships

• OEM repair procedures and quality standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Collision repair management experience is required.

• Proven collision center management experience

• Strong understanding of shop financials and KPIs

• High-volume production experience

• Insurance and DRP knowledge

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Ability to improve production and profitability

• Valid driver's license

I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.
