Landscape Crew Leader

Wage Range: $21.00–$23.00/hour

Ready to lead a team, work outdoors, and take pride in what you create? Enviroscapes is looking for an experienced, motivated Landscape Crew Leader to guide a hardworking team while creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

What You’ll Do

Lead a crew in planting, mulching, pruning, and landscape maintenance
Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and attention to detail
Coordinate with customers and project managers to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
Train, motivate, and support crew members
Maintain landscaping equipment and tools
Help create a positive, professional, and productive team environment

What We’re Looking For

Must be 18 years or older
Previous landscaping or related experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of plant care, irrigation, and landscape practices
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically able to perform hands-on work and lift heavy objects
Reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude
