This position is located 100% onsite at The Christ Hospital Health Network's Central Business Office located in Norwood, OH. The Human Resources Analyst, Workforce & HR Systems is responsible for delivering high‑quality analytics, reporting, and systems support that enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This role supports workforce planning, HR technology optimization, and process improvement initiatives to enhance the team experience and operational efficiency. The analyst serves as a key stakeholder to the business by transforming data into insights and ensuring HR systems are effectively configured, maintained, and leveraged.

Responsibilities

Workforce Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance end-to-end recurring workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
  • Lead annual and cyclical analytics processes, such as engagement, onboarding and exit surveys.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and partnering with colleagues to resolve data issues.
  • Data visualization - create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate findings.

HR Systems Administration & Optimization

  • Serve as a functional administrator for HR systems (Oracle).
  • Configure, test, and implement system updates, enhancements, integrations, and new functionality.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external technical partners.
  • Maintain system documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Evaluate HR systems and analytics workflows, identify and implement improvements to create operational efficiency.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement automation, digital tools, and analytics solutions.
  • Support change management activities for new tools, reporting processes, or systems enhancements.

Stakeholder Partnership & Support

  • Collaborate with key partners to interpret data needs and deliver meaningful insights.
  • Provide training, guidance, and user support for HR system functionality and workforce analytics tools.
  • Translate complex data and technical details into clear, compelling insights.

Qualifications

Education: 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field required

Required Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS (Oracle experience strongly preferred) and HR Analytics 

Required Skills and Knowledge:
Expert/advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (strong emphasis in Excel skills)
Proficiency in HRIS systems (Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
