New and Used Car Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience from start to finish.

As a top 5 Chevrolet Dealer in the Nation, we have thousands of prospects and previous customers, and not enough staff to provide the level of follow up and care that our clients deserve. We are seeking to immediately hire 2 consultants to help follow up on this book of business.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assess their needs

- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget

- Conduct test drives with customers and highlight features of the vehicle

- Negotiate prices and financing options with customers

- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale

- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous sales experience preferred

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Must be organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Valid driver's license
