Essential Job Functions Â

Establish and lead the enterprise industrial engineering strategy for Consolidation and Fulfillment, ensuring alignment with operational, financial, and customer objectives. Â
Own the design, optimization, and standardization of end‑to‑end processes spanning facility layout, distribution center operations, transportation interfaces, and automation initiatives. Â
Serve as the primary authority for engineering methodologies, productivity standards, capacity modeling, and cost optimization frameworks. Â
Lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and scale operations efficiently across multiple sites or networks. Â
Translate business requirements into engineered solutions, including process flows, labor models, equipment strategies, and investment cases. Â
Develop, govern, and maintain enterprise process documentation, standards, and operating manuals to ensure consistency and scalability. Â
Provide analytical leadership through advanced modeling, simulation, and optimization techniques to support network, facility, and customer decisions. Â
Partner with Operations and Finance to establish performance metrics, control standards, and continuous improvement roadmaps. Â
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on operational design, capital investments, automation opportunities, and emerging industry practices. Â
Support customer solutioning efforts, including RFP responses, operational due diligence, and transition planning. Â
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and engineering standards while monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies. Â
Influence and guide field teams through training, change management, and adoption of standardized engineering practices. Â

Minimum Qualifications Â
Â
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related disciplineÂ
8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or automation, including enterprise‑scale process design. Â
Demonstrated experience leading large, multi‑site or network‑level engineering and transformation initiatives. Â
Advanced proficiency in analytical and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio, simulation and optimization platforms, project management tools). Â
Proven ability to develop standardized operating models, productivity frameworks, and cost analyses across diverse operational environments. Â
Strong executive‑level communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex technical concepts into business decisions. Â
Experience supporting customer solution design and RFP processes in a logistics or operations environment. Â
Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance operational performance, customer requirements, and financial outcomes. Â
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and data visualization tools. Â
Active involvement in relevant industry associations or continuous professional development.Â
Salary:Â Up to $170,000/year base salary + Bonus and Equity EligibilityÂ
