Transport Refrigeration, Inc. is hiring a Parts Lead to support daily parts department operations, maintain accurate inventory, and provide excellent service to technicians and customers. PTO starts Day 1 Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (multiple plan options) Employer-paid Life & Long-Term Disability Insurance HSA with company contributions 401(k) with employer match after 1 year On-the-job training and career growth opportunities Modern facility and supportive team environment What You'll Do Maintain and organize parts inventory in a clean, safe, and efficient department Process incoming stock and manage inventory levels using the MAS system Assist customers at the parts counter and by phone with parts orders Pick, distribute, and record parts for technician service orders Process and submit warranty parts for manufacturer reimbursement Handle C.O.D. transactions and cashier responsibilities Load and unload trailers using a forklift Deliver parts to customers and vendors and pick up special orders Assemble A/C hoses, custom kits, and OEM product builds Support shipping by boxing parts, creating labels, and preparing orders Participate in annual physical inventory and ongoing cycle counts What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in parts, logistics, warehouse, or inventory control preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Basic math skills for pricing, orders, and warranty tracking Forklift experience or willingness to become certified Microsoft Outlook experience and ability to learn internal systems Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and frequently stand, walk, bend, and reach Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Apply today and become a key part of our Parts Department!
