Job Title: Restoration/Mitigation Technician –   Experience preferred. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, warehouse operations, moving, cleaning, or general labor are encouraged to applyÂ
What You’ll Do
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and basic demolition
- Set up and monitor equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
- Assist with mold remediation and fire/smoke cleanup
- Document job progress (photos, notes, moisture readings)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Work as part of a team to restore homes and businesses
What You Need
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work occasional on-call shifts (nights/weekends)
