Snow Removal Crew Member:

Safely and efficiently operating a variety of snow removal and salt spreading equipment
Shovels snow to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic
Salt-Spreading on sidewalks and walking pathways by using hand-held salt spreaders, shovels, and buckets
Providing 24/7 critical snow and ice management services
Always representing the company in a professional manner and appearance

Requirements

At least 1 year experience pushing snow on commercial lots
Valid Driver's License
Pass pre-employment drug screen
Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months
Able to handle the physical demands of the position
Be punctual and reliable
Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
Accountability to themselves and to their team
Be someone others want to work with
