Our team is dedicated to protecting homeowners and businesses across the state through strategic, compassionate, and results-driven legal representation. We handle a broad range of complex real estate and foreclosure litigation matters, from title and encroachment disputes to breach of contract, fraud, and wrongful foreclosure actions. We are seeking talented Associate to join our team and contribute to our firm’s mission of helping clients navigate their most challenging real estate disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, including mediations, depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and appellate briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex real estate and foreclosure issues.
  • Manage cases from inception through resolution, maintaining deadlines and compliance with court rules.
  • Counsel and communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy, risk, and outcomes.
  • Senior Attorney oversees and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals as needed.
  • Active California State Bar license in good standing.
  • Associate: Minimum 5 years of litigation experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of real estate law experience required.
  • Real estate transaction experience is a plus.
  • Strong experience in drafting motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, writs, and appeals.
  • Proven success in depositions, mediations, and courtroom advocacy.
  • Excellent legal writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage a full litigation caseload independently.
  • Law Review, clerkship, or appellate experience preferred but not required.
