Position Overview: An Electrical Warranty Specialist is responsible for handling warranty claims related to electrical components and systems. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and coordinating repairs or replacements to ensure customer satisfaction. A strong understanding of electrical systems, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service are essential for this position.


Key Responsibilities:


• Process warranty claims for electrical components and systems.

• Conduct thorough investigations of warranty claims, including gathering necessary documentation and information.

• Diagnose electrical issues based on customer descriptions and available data.

• Determine warranty eligibility and authorize repairs or replacements.

• Coordinate with customers, technicians, and suppliers to resolve warranty claims efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and related documentation.

• Identify trends in warranty claims and provide feedback to product development or quality control teams.

• Provide technical support to customers regarding electrical product performance and troubleshooting.

• Stay updated on product specifications, warranty policies, and industry standards.


Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certificate in electrical engineering or a related field preferred.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively.
