Position Overview

This role is ideal for fitness professionals who are motivated to grow their careers, develop lasting client relationships, and become an integral part of a dynamic and expanding training team. Trainers will work closely with members to assess needs, design customized fitness programs, and provide the accountability and expertise necessary to achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations.
• Develop individualized training programs based on client goals, fitness levels, and lifestyle factors.
• Deliver exceptional one-on-one and small-group training sessions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs to maximize results.
• Build strong relationships that foster client retention and referrals.
• Actively participate in growing the personal training business through member engagement and service excellence.
• Maintain detailed client records and progress tracking.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and fitness staff to create a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Previous personal training experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated with a desire to build and maintain an active client roster.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
