Our nursing professionals have the opportunity to provide meaningful, hands-on patient care while working in a safe, secure, structured, and unique healthcare environment.Correctional nursing offers nurses the opportunity to utilize a broad range of clinical skills while caring for an underserved patient population and working alongside a supportive healthcare team.Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Okfuskee County Jail in Okemah, Oklahoma.This is a full-time day-shift position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, offering a consistent weekday schedule with no regularly scheduled weekends.The LPN provides nursing care based on individual patient needs and performs dependent and independent nursing functions within the scope of practical nursing.
