If you're organized, comfortable with spreadsheets, and enjoy solving problems, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work while developing experience in sales operations, finance, and data analysis.You'll collaborate with Sales, Finance, Payroll, and other teams to keep reporting accurate, commissions on track, and processes running smoothly. Previous commissions experience is a plus, but it's not required!What You'll DoSales Reporting & Commissions路 Assist with preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.路 Gather, organize, and validate sales data for reporting and commission calculations.路 Assist with monthly and quarterly commission calculations and incentive payouts.路 Review reports and commission data for accuracy, completeness, and potential discrepancies.路 Research differences and help resolve reporting or commission questions.路 Maintain supporting schedules, documentation, and commission records.Data & Systems Support路 Maintain sales and commission data across company systems and spreadsheets.路 Assist with reconciliations between sales, finance, payroll, and reporting systems.路 Identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent data and escalate issues when needed.路 Assist with reporting improvements, system enhancements, and process automation.Team & Process Support路 Work closely with the Sales Reporting & Commissions Analyst, Finance, Payroll, Sales, and other teams.路 Assist with employee and leadership questions related to sales reporting and commissions.路 Follow established procedures, deadlines, and internal controls.路 Maintain confidentiality of compensation and financial information.路 Assist with audit and documentation requests as needed.Qualifications: What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications路 High school diploma or equivalent.路 Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and detailed data.路 Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.路 Ability to follow established processes, meet recurring deadlines, and ask questions when something does not appear correct.Preferred Qualifications路 Associate degree, college coursework, or training in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is a plus but not required.路 Previous experience in accounting, payroll, commissions, sales operations, reporting, data entry, or a similar role is preferred but not required.路 Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis preferred.路 Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, CRM/ERP systems, or similar business systems is a plus.What Success Looks LikeSuccess means producing accurate work, meeting deadlines, maintaining organized documentation, identifying potential issues, and continually developing knowledge of the company's sales reporting and commission processes.Ready to Apply?If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working with numbers, and are eager to build your skills in sales reporting and commissions, we'd love to hear from you!
