Gemini Compliance Intern (Summer 2027)

Welcome to Love's: The primary purpose of the Gemini Compliance Administrative Intern is to coordinate and maintain driver Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance.

Job Functions:

• Maintain driver compliance files in accordance with DOT laws
• Coordinate driver drug & alcohol testing as well as DOT physical scheduling
• Maintain documentation and spreadsheets necessary for compliance reporting
• Enroll drivers into multiple training and compliance platforms
• Monitor progress of drivers through stages of hire
• Process employment verifications
• Handles all driver compliance requests from field

Experience and Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior DOT experience preferred

Skills and Physical Demands:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good written and oral communication skills, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self-motivated, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritize
• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision
