Position: HVAC Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their HVAC needs are met.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid journeyman's license in HVAC.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC service technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to be a part of a union company.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and on different job sites.
